If you know me, you know that I love to craft and anything that has to do with crafting. I’m actually embarrassed to say that I never even knew you could make crafts with paper bags! For some reason, I have never realized, nor thought, that I could use them for crafts, yet there are so many fun and cool things that you can make with these bags. What’s great about using them for your crafts is that they are incredibly cheap. You can buy a whole bag of brown paper lunch bags for under few dollars. I mean, really, it doesn’t get much better than that when it comes to buying craft supplies. So if you’ve got some lying around the house, try making some of these 12 awesome crafts.

1. Treasure Map
Can you imagine how cool your child would think this treasure map is? It would be awesome if you could make it real by drawing your backyard and putting things in the backyard for them to search for and find. It would definitely be a fun outdoor activity for any child.

2. Pirate Puppet
What kid doesn’t love puppets? They’re so fun to play around with. You can make a whole bunch of different puppets out of the paper bags, then put on a puppet show for your family.

3. Tepees
How cute are these little tepees? It’s like a smaller, more cultural version of a doll house. I can just see the kiddos playing with different toys going in and out of these tepees. It would be so fun for the kids to color and draw fun figures on the bags, as well.
