10. Toothbrush Organization
Keeping your family’s toothbrushes organized and in one place can be next to impossible. When they’re all in one place it’s hard for kids to know which one is theirs. As a solution to this problem, hide some cups inside your cabinet with each person’s name on it and attach them with velcro to the cabinet door. No more confusion before school in the morning causing your kids to fight and yell at each other.

11. Turn Tie Shoes Into Velcro Shoes
Sometimes kids have a really hard time tying their shoes. If they have a pair of shoes they love to wear, but hate putting on because of the ties, you can easily turn them into velcro shoes with this DIY project. It’ll make not only your child’s life a lot easier, but yours as well since there won’t be a struggle on the way out the door as they put their shoes on. Anything that makes our lives easier as moms is a definite win for me.

12. Fix Gaping Shirts
We all have that one shirt which buttons down the front and gapes open in certain spots that we don’t want shown. To fix that problem, simply attach a piece of velcro where the shirt gapes open and secure it closed when getting dressed. You’ll no longer have awkward safety pins pulling on the shirt where you’ve tried to secure it closed. I think all of our wardrobe options just got a lot bigger.
