1. Catch the Bottle
This is an easy activity that you probably already have all the tools for. All you need is an empty water bottle and something a little noisy, like rice or beads. Fill the bottle about a quarter of the way full, cap and glue the top. You don’t want any pieces ending up in baby’s mouth! Then lay the bottle on it’s side and let your little one crawl or grab the bottle. This even works for non-crawlers, as the bottle is so light weight that if they attempt to grab for it, it will roll away. Encourage them to roll towards it! This is a great activity to enhance gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
