1. Flavor It
If you simply don’t drink a lot of water because you don’t like the taste, then try flavoring it! Although there are some water flavorings on the market like Crystal Light and such, it’s much healthier to flavor your water with good old fruit, veggies, and even herbs. Cut up some fresh lemons and throw them in some ice cold water. You can even put berries in the water, cucumbers, even mint! Try mixing a few flavors. The sky is the limit when it comes to how you flavor it. Try a few things and find what you like most. Chances are you’ll find a great flavor combination that you love and will want to drink all the time.
