2. Plan your week
Once you have your recipes, plug them into your week. It’s wise to write it down. Don’t assume you will remember what meals you have planned for when, or that anyone else will either! Be sure to account for late work nights or after school actives that will cut into your cooking time. Slow cookers are the BEST for nights that don’t allow for adequate dinner prep. With a little planning the night before, you can chop all your veggies and other ingredients. Then, just throw everything into that Crock Pot, flip the switch (don’t forget!), and head off for the day.
