I’ve always been one for a sweet tooth, and while my age has certainly toned down the level to which I MUST have dessert, you won’t ever see me shy away from a treat. I love baking and sharing my goodies with family and friends. With the hot weather on the horizon, I really don’t like having my oven on for hours at a time as I whip up cookies or brownies, so I’ve done some research and found some delicious no-bake dessert options. Forget sweating it out in the kitchen, mamas! These desserts are easy and require no baking skills at all. Bon apetit!

1. Cookie Dough Dip

Can we just all stop and admit we’ve eaten raw cookie dough? Yes, it’s delicious and in college I was known to buy a huge roll of pre-made dough and eat it entirely with a spoon. But if you don’t want to toy with potential food poisoning, I suggest you make this cookie dough dip and you make it now. It’s egg-free and can be easily consumed entirely because it’s just so delicious. Eat with graham crackers for a tasty post-dinner treat!

2. No-Bake Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake

I don’t know about you, but cheesecake is the ultimate refreshing dessert in my opinion. It’s served chilled and is so light and fluffy that it can’t help but make you relax. From the graham cracker crust, to the smooth and creamy filling, you’ll be surprised you whipped up this no bake cheesecake with your own two hands. This is a great dessert to bring to a friends BBQ or just eat all on your own.

3. Peanut Butter Pie

Excuse me while I stop this post and go to the store RIGHT NOW to buy all the ingredients for this peanut butter pie! And would you believe there are only 6 of them? Anything with peanut butter and oreos is a match made in heaven, and this is no exception. I can’t think of a tastier no bake dessert!
