3. Gratefulness Rocks
Thanksgiving is all about reflecting on all we have to be grateful for, and there’s no better time to start teaching our kids this practice then when they’re young! This project couldn’t get any easier. Send the kiddos out to look for smooth rocks, and then help them write out their ideas on the rocks, using paint pens or paint. I love the idea of also designing the rocks to look like the item they’re thankful for, like in the photo above, don’t you? These would be a sweet decor for your garden as well.

7. Candy Corn Wall Decor Bunting
Candy corn may be the most polarizing holiday candy out there, but it sure is cute. This easy craft only uses three main craft supplies: paint, twine, and paper plates. Your kids will love painting the plates, and you’ll love how cute the bunting looks on your wall for your Thanksgiving decor. Country Living shares that all you need to do is cut the plates in triangles, let your kids paint away, and then punch holes at the top of the candy pieces and string twine through. While this craft isn’t overtly about Thanksgiving, it’s definitely about fall and is the ideal way to keep the kiddos entertained at the kid table while you’re cooking your big meal.
