Ahhhhh how wonderfully tasty the holidays have been. The food is always so delicious around this time of year and it’s really hard to resist. If you’re anything like me, you may have gained a few pounds (or maybe more than a few) and have a New Year’s resolution to lose it. Or perhaps your New Year’s Resolution is just to be more healthy all around. Well, that’s certainly easier said than done. It’s hard to find the motivation to workout, eat well, and be more healthy. Sometimes we just need a reminder that will give us that extra push to actually get up and do something about it. One of the ways I motivate myself is to follow fitness accounts on Instagram. I love seeing all the different workouts I can do, the healthy recipes ideas, and seeing those amazingly chiseled bodies really helps, too. Here are some of my favorite fitness accounts to follow that may help you keep your New Year’s resolution to be more fit and healthy.

There’s no better place to run than in the great outdoors. Maybe seeing a little bit of the beautiful scenery that some people run in will inspire you to put on your running shoes and get running outside. A little fresh air and some exercise will certainly do the body good.
