3. Eat Well

You may have the dreaded morning sickness in which the thought of eating horrifies you. However, usually eating a little something will make you feel better. The key is to make whatever you eat be a healthy choice. Try not to binge on junk food, and avoid foods like soft cheese, certain seafoods and of course alcohol. Now is also not the time to be on a diet of any kind in which the goal is to lose weight. Your baby needs as many nutrients as possible to grow, and you’re the only way they will get them!
