5. Quit Smoking
It seems like a no brainer in this day and age, since most of us know the dangers of smoking. But it can still be hard to quit. There’s no more important time to take the plunge then when you find out you’re pregnant. Ask for your doctor’s advice on cutting the habit or seek the advice of friends. The facts don’t like, smoking is horrible for both you and your baby. Do whatever you can to quit.
