7. Cheat Now and Then
If you’re on a strict diet, try giving yourself one cheat meal a week. This will allow you to have those foods you’ve been craving, without completely ruining your diet. One meal out of a whole week is not going to stop you from losing weight. It will satisfy your cravings so won’t have the tendency to binge eat. Plus, it helps you last longer on your diet. It feels like you’re actually still able to eat “normal” food even though you are eating healthier and losing weight.
