4. Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Balls
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups leftover stuffing
6 slices Bacon, cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Roll stuffing into 2-inch balls by using scooper or approximately 2 tbls of stuffing.
3. Use bacon to wrap stuffing balls and keep in place with toothpick.
4. Bake stuffing balls for approximately 15 minutes, on lined baking sheet. Ensure stuffing is lightly toasted and bacon is crispy before removing.
