3. Crustless Veggie Quiche
Personally, I LOVE crust on my quiche (well, on anything- pizza, pie…) so this wouldn’t initially catch my eye. HOWEVER, I seriously hate how long quick takes to make in the oven, and I’m always scared I’m going to bite into a raw section of uncooked egg. Well if you use an Instant Pot, not only will you quiche be done and cooked all the way through in 40 minutes, but it will be delicious too. Look how gorgeous it is with all those bright veggies!
