Personally, I LOVE crust on my quiche (well, on anything- pizza, pie…) so this wouldn’t initially catch my eye. HOWEVER, I seriously hate how long quick takes to make in the oven, and I’m always scared I’m going to bite into a raw section of uncooked egg.
