Not only do they give him great servings of fruits and veggies, but he sucks them down and won’t even share with me! It’s a great way to get your child to eat fruits and veggies, while still keeping it nutritious. So I’m definitely leaning into toddler smoothie recipes.

Do you think you could ever get your child to eat spinach? Me neither, however, this smoothie has 2 handfuls of spinach in it, along with lots of berries, milk, honey, and yogurt, which mask the spinach taste.
