I LOVE coffee. In every way. I like it black, or with cream, I like it hot and I like it cold. I’ll pretty much take it anyway it comes. I generally drink it hot when I’m home, but with Spring here and Summer fast approaching, I was looking for some delicious iced coffee recipes to make at home. It makes a yummy and refreshing drink, and I don’t end up reheating it 4 times. Plus it really helps keep my visits to the local Starbucks to a minimum when I’m craving a coffee treat.

1. Iced Vanilla Bean Latte
This vanilla bean latte recipe calls for coconut milk but could easily be exchange for any milk of your choice. Vanilla lattes are my usual go to iced drink at Starbucks, but I find myself finishing a Tall in less than 5 minutes and am less than satisfied considering how much the charge. Make yourself one by following this simple recipe and indulge as often as you like for a fraction of the cost.

5. Vietnamese Iced Coffee
This delicious strong and sweet coffee is one of my most favorites. First you need a simple cold brew which you can make by brewing some coarsely ground coffee beans in water over night. Just make sure you strain your brew through cheese cloth or a coffee filter before you make your iced drink. Then to make this vietnamese coffee all you need is ice cubes and some sweetened condensed milk. Stir and serve, or should I say indulge.
