Mmmm… pineapple upside down cake. Loved by many, buy baked by few. I can’t even remember the last time I ate it, but after checking out this recipe I don’t understand why I’ve never made it myself because it’s so simple. You’ll use a basic cake mix and then top with canned pineapple and maraschino cherries for the signature look and then let your dutch oven do all the work!

As long as there is chocolate in my dessert I’m a happy camper and these Fudgy Cake Bars fit the bill! This is a super simple recipe that uses boxed cake mix, eggs, oil, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. YUM! They taste great and freeze well too.
