10. Mom Journal
One thing I am glad I did for my kids (though it took a lot of time that I didn’t have) was to write in a mom’s journal. This can be just a regular, blank notebook that you fill in accordingly, or you can purchase your friend a guided “mom journal” that will prompt the mother with questions to answer about her child’s first few years of life with just one line a day!
