How many times have you heard someone say “I love you.” It is a very common statement that couples all over the world tell each other. On the other hand, how often do you really see or feel that love from someone? Sometimes we think that just telling someone you love them is enough, when really it’s not. We all know the age old phrase “actions speak louder than words,” and in many cases they really do. I’m not saying we shouldn’t tell our significant other that we love them, I’m just suggesting that we show them we love them as well. It’ll make them feel so much better about themselves and about your relationship. Here are 10 great ways you can say “I love you” without actually saying those three little words.

1. Leave Them A Note

There’s nothing better than a surprise note from a love one. You can easily leave a note for your significant other around the house, in their lunch bag that they take to work, or in their car. You don’t even have to say “I love you,” you can just say “Have a great day,” or something simple like that. It shows that you care about them and are thinking about them.

2. Set A Special Alarm On Their Phone

If you really want to surprise your love out of the blue, set an alarm on their phone with special notes telling them how wonderful they are, how they are so handsome, or how they’re an awesome husband. When they go to turn off the alarm, they will see those notes and it’ll certainly put a smile on their face.

3. Show Affection

A great way to show someone that you love them is to give them some affection. It doesn’t have to be a lot, in fact, in can be as simple as holding their hand. When you’re walking around in public, put your hand on their back, hold their hand, or give them a little kiss on the cheek. Even that little affection goes a long way in showing your significant other that you love them.
