Sadly, frozen pizza has become somewhat of a dinner staple in my house. Most Friday nights (and sometimes weeknights too), I bake a pizza (we love Red Baron) instead of cooking because, well, I’m just exhausted by the end of the week and out of dinner ideas.
But I tell ya, if I had been born with a stronger cooking gene, I would definitely experiment more in the kitchen. I mean, check out these pizza recipes that are making me drool! I’d love to be able to master these and serve them to my family instead of our signature (and not very exciting) frozen variations.

1. Blackberry Ricotta Pizza
There’s wine and cheese parties, and then there’s blackberry and cheese pizza. Both sound like a great time to me! I’ve never had pizza with blackberries on it, but this recipe has definitely stirred my curiosity.
If you want to make it and let me know how it tastes, get the recipe at The Food Charlatan. You’ll probably find a few more great dishes to make too.

2. Mac And Cheese Pizza
I rarely meet a mac and cheese that I don’t like. It’s one of my favorite comfort (and non-comfort) foods ever, and now there’s a way to try it on pizza! Creamy, cheesy goodness + more creamy, cheesy goodness (and bacon)? I think I’m in love.
Think you’ll love this pizza too? Head over to Scattered Thoughts Of A Crafty Mom to learn how to make this cheese-tastic (and kid-friendly!) dinner.

3. Cinnamon Streusel Dessert Pizza
Even though pizza is traditionally served as an entree, it can also be eaten as dessert. And if you’re one of those “pizza is totally a breakfast food” people, you’ll love the idea of having a dessert pizza for breakfast. If a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch is acceptable in the morning, so is this cinnamon streusel pizza.
You can find the recipe at Creations by Kara, where you’ll also find great ideas for DIY crafts and projects.
