I’ve really never met a dessert I didn’t like, and that’s especially true for anything involving marshmallows. One of my all time favorites are fresh rice krispie treats (not those sugar-loaded pre-packaged kinds!), because they are so easy to make and are the perfect match for my sweet tooth. Usually, I’m pretty happy with the traditional cereal and marshmallow version, but lately my eyes have been opened to all the possibilities when it comes to dressing up this simple dessert.
