Let’s be honest and all admit that as parents, we sometimes tell our children things that aren’t exactly true. Usually its with good intentions that we tell our kids they can’t touch that or do this. But sometimes we just tell flat out lies to get them to do what we want, and we do it unashamedly. About a year ago, a question was asked on the popular website, Reddit.com. “What is the funniest lie you’ve heard a parent tell their children?” The thread that followed was full of hilarious things that both parents and kids recalled from their childhood. Of the hundred that were posted, we’ve selected our favorite 30 lies that will keep you in stitches.
