This is supposed to be a dessert bread, but I’d totally justify eating it for breakfast. I mean, carrots and bananas are mixed in, so it’s totally a healthy breakfast choice! Sure, it’s covered with a cream cheese frosting, but cream cheese is a dairy product and we need two or three servings of dairy a day, so, just sayin’.
