I’m always looking for fun ways to craft with items I already have around the house. Going out and buying all the materials you need to craft can be expensive. I once heard someone say, “Why buy something for $25 when you can make it for $50!” That’s so true. Even though you have the pride of knowing you make something completely by hand, it doesn’t always ease the gaping hole in your wallet. That being said, there are plenty of items in your house you can repurpose, and one of those is a wine bottle. They have a classic and elegant shape, and you probably have a few lying around the house from time to time 😉 Check out our amazing list of crafts for your old wine bottles!

2. Wine Bottle Tiki Torches
Decoration doesn’t have to be confined to the inside of your home. Your backyard and patio are frequent places you probably host guests and if it’s summer, you are outside quite often. You can make these stylish tiki torches out of old wine bottles that will add just the right amount of fashion and function to your patio. They will combat mosquitos and probably smell better than a citronella candle.

3. Winter Wonderland Wine Bottles
I love Christmas like most people, but continuing to decorate in the typical snowman and Santa Claus theme can get a little redundant. These wine bottles are the answer to my problem. They are simply spray painted, then a layer of glue is added. Roll in epsom salt for a nice, snowy look and voila! They are so amazing and go perfect with some silver decor.
