7. Paper Garland
If you’ve got craft paper in Halloween colors, you’ve got all you need to make paper garland. Ok, you’ll need a few more supplies, but since this is a Halloween project, that’s the most important thing you’ll need. Oh, and also, your imagination! Yes, there are instructions to follow, but you can really make this project your own. Make long tassels or short tassels. Make thin tassels or wide tassels. Consider where you’re planning to hang the garland, and then decide what would look best.
Everything you need to know can be found on Mommy Cusses. (Let’s just hope she doesn’t when she’s working on this!)

8. Toilet Paper Roll Candy Garland
Ok, so this project is a bit involved, but OMG it’s so worth it! Seriously, look how awesome this looks! I would crash this party just to check out the garland up close. And it’s fantastic how bright pink and yellow were incorporated (umm…pink pumpkin bucket? ADORABLE).
Add some pops of color to your Halloween by visiting The House That Lars Built, where the step-by-step instructions for this garland can be found.

9. Witch Hat Garland
Ever seen the bumper sticker that says, “My other car is a broom?” I always wonder if I should laugh, or be offended. But anyway, this witch hat garland is anything but offensive. In fact, I think I’ll be offended if you don’t make it and hang it. You could really impress by DIYing some witch faces to attach to the hats, but I don’t have a tutorial for that.
