Chalkboard paint is a dangerously addictive. Once you get your hands on some nothing in your house is safe. You may have bought it for just one project, but once you get started you’ll be hunting down more projects to paint. I’m not sure what makes it so addictive. Maybe because it turns ordinary objects into something interesting, or possible because everything is so much more practical with a splash of chalkboard paint. I mean, what is better then jotting down a to-do list right on your wall? I’m kind of obsessed and had a hard time picking my favorite chalkboard DIY’s. If you haven’t used any chalkboard paint in your home, try one of these awesome ideas.

1. Kids Table
My two year old LOVES to color but unless she is supervised at all times more crayon gets on my table then it does on the paper. Simply paint the top of an old kids table and you don’t have to worry about them coloring in the lines anymore, or paper for that matter. Just wipe it clean and your ready to go again.
