Tarrant Police Officer William Stacy responded to a shoplifting call, but instead of arresting the shoplifter he did something unexpected. After realizing he knew the suspect and her struggles, he took it upon himself to pay for the items she was intending to shoplift. Instead of getting her into even more trouble, he uses the opportunity to show grace. It’s heart warming!
