Even though I’m a major bread lover and can’t turn away from a piece of it if my life depended on it, I know that eating vegetables is a healthier choice. I’m also an avid pizza lover, and not much will get in between me and a cheesy slice if I can help it. Well it looks like I’m about to be put to the test because I’ve found a pizza recipe made from cauliflower crust that is to DIE for! Normally, I stay away from the rather bland tasting and rubbery texture of this “white broccoli” but this recipe is changing my mind.
