Getting my toddler to eat veggies is one of the most difficult things I have to deal with every day. The constant refusal without even trying them is incredibly frustrating and not to mention tiresome. Lately, I have started giving my son smoothies every now and then. Not only do they give him great servings of fruits and veggies, but he sucks them down and won’t even share with me! It’s a great way to get your child to eat fruits and veggies, while still keeping it nutritious. If you’re having the same struggle as me, try giving your child some of these delicious smoothies.
1. Berry Blast Smoothie
Do you think you could ever get your child to eat spinach? Me neither, however, this smoothie has 2 handfuls of spinach in it, along with lots of berries, milk, honey, and yogurt, which mask the spinach taste. Very nutritious with lots of great nutrients from all that spinach. Perfect for your little one.
