With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I’m sure you and your child have both been looking for the perfect Valentines cards to give their friends. Sometimes it can be hard to find good ones, especially if you wait until the last minute. Or maybe you don’t want to send your child to school with the same Valentines cards that every other kid has. There’s also those over achiever mamas out there (you know who you are) that love to go all out and make things more creative and extravagant. I wish I could be more like that. No matter the reason, if you’re not going to buy the pre-made Valentine’s cards this holiday, there are lots of great ones you can make, instead. All of these adorable Valentine’s cards can be made with items bought from the dollar store. So check these out, then head to the dollar store so you make some of these cards!

1. I “Wheelie” Like You
Often times you can find little toy cars in packs or bags at the dollar store. Attach them to this adorable Valentine card and you’ve got a cute and fun card for all your child’s friends this holiday. I mean, what child doesn’t love getting a toy?

3. Dino-Mite Friend
I love play on words, especially on Valentine’s cards. They’re just so clever. Many dollar stores have packs of plastic dinosaurs for sale so you won’t be spending much money on this Valentine, either.
