6. Sweep
Whether its a small broom or dustpan, let your kids help pick up messes on the floor by sweeping. You will probably have to follow in their footsteps, but they still get to feel like they are helping you. I have a habit of grabbing my full sized broom from my daughters hand because I’m afraid she will dent something with it as she waves it around, so try and find a toddler sized broom so you don’t quench their desire to help!
