4. Broken Toys
There have been several times when I’m cleaning the living room, and come across a mysterious piece of toy. But instead of tossing it, I just throw it into the toy bin and hope I remember to get rid of it later. This never happens, and instead, all of those little parts start piling up until the toy bin is mostly full of broken toys instead of ones the kids can actually play with! Join me in ridding your kids’ toy collection of all those toys that should retire from play land.
5. Old Makeup
I know that I’ve bought makeup and beauty products with the hope of using them to create some fun new look. And then motherhood calls, and I barely wear makeup at all! If you’ve got unused makeup products that you know won’t get used anytime soon, bid them adieu. There’s no benefit in using crusty makeup!
6. Worn Sheets & Towels
With the amount of laundry that moms do, it’s inevitable that clothes and linens will get worn out. Edges will become frayed, stains will set and holes might even begin to form. Instead of reusing worn out sheets and towels, go ahead and splurge on a new set for the year!
