3. “East Coast” Ball Drop
I personally live on the West Coast in the U.S. so we call this next one the “East Coast” ball drop. Basically, we have a young daughter who just can’t (and we won’t let her) stay up until midnight our time. So we let her stay up a little later and celebrate New Years 3 hours ahead of our midnight. She still gets to experience the Ball Drop and we get to have the memories too. That being said, you can celebrate New Years arrival by picking anywhere in the world that works well with your kids bedtime! If you want to stick with their 7 o’clock bedtime, check out Google for a place that hits midnight around then. Happy Celebrating!
