I consider myself a creative person. I’m definitely more right-brained than I am left, and I’ve always been talented in many areas of the arts. But one thing I lack when it comes to creativity is coming up with ways to keep my kids entertained (and myself sane!). With a house full of toys, you’d think they would have plenty to play with. But nooooo, sometimes the bazillion action figures and obnoxious noise makers just aren’t enough.
Luckily, there are tons of other creative people out there who have come up with a solution to this boredom problem. If these amazing subscription boxes were available when I was a kid, I would have loved them!

3. Our Little Roots
My kids love being outside. Even in this God-awful summer heat, they would spend all day in the yard if they could! Maybe now there’s a way I can let them that will encourage their desire to be “one with Mother Earth.” With all organic materials, Our Little Roots is a monthly box that provides gardening supplies for kids to grow their own garden. You can also buy various one-time gardening products like plastic pots, seed sowers and plant food spikes through the online shop.
