If you’re like me, you get tired of buying the same clothes and toys for your kids as gifts. It’s only a matter of time before they either grow out of them or tire of the many toys in their collection anyways. The great news is that with a little thought and creativity, you can give your kids gifts that will be meaningful and maybe even one day become an heirloom themselves. Check out our list below!
1. Family Recipe Book
One day your kids won’t be living under your roof and will be cooking for themselves. Compile all your family’s favorite recipes into a bound recipe book so they can take it with them. You can use an online service like Cookbook Project or a photo book service like Shutterfly (my personal fav, and what I used to make the one above). Bonus! If they ever lose a recipe, you can always get it from your saved project online and reprint the entire book for more than 1 family member!
