4. Wear Fall Colored Makeup

Spring is about pretty pastels, summer is about bright colors, and fall is all about the deep, rich colors inspired by nature. What’s great about fall colors is that they flatter almost any woman. As long as you stick to which shades work best for you, you’ll be fashionable and ready for that next fall celebration!

5. Have A Family Photo Shoot

Fall is a great season for photo shoots because you don’t have to break out the fake backdrops. Just take a stroll to the nearest park, and you’ve got gorgeous colors and textures surrounding you! If you like the idea of doing a fall photo shoot, we’ve got great ideas for a “mommy & me” fall photo shoot too!

6. Go Apple Picking

I generally like anything apple flavored. I’m lucky that my kids enjoy apples too (guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!). Most kids love going to an apple orchard to pick their own apples, and this is a must-do activity for fall. If your kids aren’t that fond of apples, I bet they’ll be more likely to try them if they get to pick them out themselves. And if not, a visit to the local apple orchard is a great way to spend a little quality time together.
