As a mom, I’m always looking for better and easier way to do things. I don’t always have time to do things the long way, and I’ve noticed since having a child that some things just don’t work like they did when I was young and carefree. One thing I always hate is cutting an apple and watching it brown before my eyes! My daughter doesn’t always finish it, or I would like to take it on the road but who wants a brown apple? Yuck!
