3. Glow In the Dark Slime

Ingredients

Elmer’s clear glue

liquid starch

Glow in the Dark pain

 

Instructions

1. Pour liquid starch into bowl and add glow in the dark paint. Mix well.

2.  Add equal amount of clear as starch added and combine well.  Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes. Then play!
