Who says dessert has to be dangerous to your health? It’s the best meal of the day if you ask me, and everyone should be able to enjoy that after dinner treat without worrying about the consequences. If you’re serious about a diet or doing your best to stay fit, I have great news. There are plenty of guilt-free desserts in the world! These cakes, cookies, bars, and popsicles have all the taste you crave, but they’re healthier than the average dessert. So, put down the guilt and dig in!

Deliciously sweet, peaches are the perfect guilt-free dessert. They’re packed with nutrients, aid in digestion, and they’re even great for your skin. This simple grilled peaches recipe barely has any fat, and yet the cinnamon, vanilla, and honey marmalade provides plenty of flavor. As an added bonus, it’s easy to make this dessert as a single serving.

You could have a bowl of this guilt-free dessert every night, and it wouldn’t put a dent in your diet. If you’ve had a particularly rough day, sprinkle on a few dark chocolate chips.

Shortcake wouldn’t normally make it on a list of guilt-free desserts, but when they’re made with buckwheat and natural sweetener, they’re on a whole different level. The best thing about this recipe from Desserts with Benefits is that you make everything in the microwave. And it only takes five minutes!
