Having a baby is an exciting time and men these days are getting just as involved as their ladies. They attend birthing classes, parenting courses and are present in the labor and delivery room. It makes sense that because they are just as excited to be a dad as the mom-to-be, that there has been an increase in male baby showers. Many men don’t call them a baby shower (man shower, dadchelor party- you get the picture), but they sure do resemble the female version. 1. Diaper & Beer Cake
I’ll start this off by saying that most cake designs I’ve seen for Male Baby showers are alcohol related, so forgive me because there may be several coming up. We’ve all seen the cute diaper cakes we ladies get at shower’s, but this is a testosterone version right here. It’s mostly cans of beer, with a few diapers thrown in to make it male baby shower appropriate!

2. Huggies & Chuggies
I think the most popular male shower theme is “Huggies and Chuggies” and let’s be honest, it’s basically a party or BBQ for your man, and guests are supposed to just bring diapers to make it “baby-themed.” Regardless, this cake is AMAZING!
3. May The Force Be With You
Who says you have to just a baby-themed cake? If your man loves a certain movie, why not make them a special cake that you know they’ll love? After all, we are already breaking all the rules with a man shower anyways! Besides, this Star Wars cake is encouraging with it’s “May the Force Be With You” tagline!
4. Beer Bottles To Baby Bottles
Annnd, we’re back to alcohol themed cakes. Told ya! Either way, this is a cute but true statement found on this cake. Dad may still try and double fist it for awhile, but the word “bottle” will never be the same again.

Ok, ok, I know this one is a little… gross. But it definitely won’t work for a women’s baby shower, so men- you can have it. Enough said.

7. Rookie Of The Year
If you man loves sports, why not opt for these cute cookies in lieu of a cake? You can make them based off his favorite team and inlcude guests names as players! Or better yet, just make all your cookies with your new baby’s name. Adorable!
