My kids ooh-ed and ahh-ed when I brought out sandwiches shaped like waffles for lunch. I loved this method of cooking a grilled cheese. It made the bread crisp on the outside, and the cheese on the inside was perfectly melted. Bonus: a hint of belgian waffle flavor in every bite!
