I have to admit, lunch time is my least favorite meal of the day. Not only do I have a picky toddler, but I also have one that barely eats as it is. More times than not, we just skip lunch all together because her nap time falls right before a normal lunch time. By the time she wakes up, it’s just a few hours til dinner and BAM- no lunch. But then what happens? She snacks and won’t eat much dinner. It’s a vicious cycle that I take full responsibility for. It’s just that lunch is so much work for such a small meal! Or is it? Apparently there are tons of moms out there who’ve put a little more thought into the noon time meal than I have, and have come up with some sensational lunch ideas. We’ve tried to pick some of the best and easiest that we could, to inspire you to make lunch. After seeing these, I want to head out and pick up some silicon muffin molds and a bento box!
