Even if you aren’t on a weight loss or exercise plan yet, you’ll find this app to be super helpful. You can connect with existing friends or meet new ones. Log your exercise and food, and you will be able to utilize the built in calorie counter to track your progress. This app syncs with your regular MyFitness Pal account that you may already be using online and is a great way to feel motivated with every step you take. It even has the calorie burn rates for everyday physical activity like pushing a stroller!
