If you’re like me, you hate having to feed your child fast food, but sometimes our crazy lives don’t always allow us to make home cooked meals every day for our families. If we’re in a bind and need to get something quick fast food is usually the only option. However, now a days many fast food companies offer healthier options for your little ones to choose from so you don’t have to worry too much and feel guilty about the food you’re feeding them. Here are 7 great healthy options for your child to eat when you’re out and about and have to stop and get some fast food.
1. Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Nugget Meal
This is perhaps one of the healthiest fast food options for kids. Chick-Fil-A’s grilled chicken nugget kids meal comes with grilled chicken, a fruit cup with fresh fruit (not canned) and milk! It’s extremely nice that Chick-Fil-A has given us moms the option to get grilled chicken nuggets instead of the fatty, unhealthy fried ones. A lot of fast food options for kids still tend to be high in fat, but this meal is not only low in fat, but sugar as well which means your kids won’t be leaving the restaurant on a sugar high. That’s definitley always a plus.
