Animals can certainly be incredible and amazing beings. The more we learn about them, the more we see how intelligent they really are. Gorillas are one of these animals that are known to be extremely smart. An English conservationist named Damian Aspinall has experienced first hand how intelligent gorillas really are. For years he had the opportunity to transfer captive gorillas back to the wild with the help of the Aspinall Foundation. He took care of one named Kwibi for 5 years until he released it back into the wild. 5 years later, Aspinall decided to go back and look for Kwibi. What he finds and experiences will amaze you.
How sweet was that reunion? It warmed my heart seeing these two long lost friends hug and play again like they once did. Gorillas and all animals are certainly amazing and we should take more care to making sure they have long, fulfilled lives.
