You guys, I swear it doesn’t get much easier than this recipe. And, IT’S. SO. GOOD. We love to serve it over mashed potatoes for the ultimate comfort food experience.
Here’s all you need (seriously):
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 rib celery, chunked
1 onion, chunked
1 lb. baby carrots
Layer this in a Dutch oven.
In a separate bowl, combine:
14 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup Minute Tapioca
1 teaspoon salt
a few grinds of pepper



Add a bay leaf into the mixture. Cover tightly and cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours or 250 degrees for 5 hours.
A perfect meal for company ‘cuz it’s soooo easy, yet they’ll think you slaved away for hours.
