7. Tinsel Wreath

8. Glitter Utensils
I absolutely love this idea of dipping some cheap disposable utensils in some glitter. It makes them look so much nicer and adds a little festive spirit, as well. It definitely dresses up the cheap utensils so that they don’t look so, well, “cheap.” I mean, let’s be honest, no one wants to have a cheap looking party.
