It’s no secret that children need some one-on-one time with their parents. In fact, we as parents need that precious time with our children, as well. 1. Long Walks With The Dog
It’s always nice to get out of the house and get some fresh air. Take your daughter out for a nice long walk and bring the dog along. Kids love walking dogs and holding onto their leash as they walk along. It’ll give everyone a nice bit of exercise and everyone will feel refreshed when they come back. It also gives you a great opportunity to talk and get to know each other better.
2. Spa Day In Or Out
At any age, there’s nothing better than getting together with your girls and having a spa day. Little girls absolutely love having their nails done, so why not take your daughter to get some manicures and pedicures. You can talk to each other, laugh, and come out more relaxed and beautiful than you did when you walked in.
3. Coffee/Hot Chocolate Date
It’s always nice to take a break from the day to day errands, school, cleaning, and whatever else your family is doing to sit down and enjoy a nice cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate. Relax, talk, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company.
