Since selfies are such a part of our culture now a days, I’m sure the Elf on the Shelf would take one of himself, too. The kids would really get a kick out of seeing him taking a picture of himself.

8. The Grinch In Captivity
The Elf on the Shelf has a big job to do! He has to make sure that Christmas is safe, especially from the Grinch. He may even have to catch the Grinch and hold him hostage to make sure that he doesn’t steel Christmas from the kids.

9. Prankster Elf
Who says the Elf on the Shelf can’t have a sense of humor and have a little fun? Let him prank your kids by trapping them in their rooms. They would think this is so funny to wake up and see that their friendly elf is playing a little prank on them.
