10. Campfire Elf
If you often have candles burring around your home, your elf may take advantage of this and roast himself some marshmallows. Roasted marshmallows certainly are delicious and he can even share with your kids. They would definitely love to have a little treat courtesy of the Elf on the Shelf.

11. Remembering Christ
Probably the best and last thing your Elf on the Shelf could do is to pay tribute and homage to the one person that all of Christmas is about. This would be perfect do do for Christmas day. We wouldn’t even have Christmas if it wasn’t for Jesus Christ himself. This will teach your children what Christmas is really about, not all the presents, candy, and decorations.
