4. Play Hide & Seek
There’s something so innocent and sweet about being able to hide in plain sight from your toddler. The sound in the voice when they call out to you will be something you will always remember, as well as the look on their face when they find you. There will come a time when your kids may not want to play anything with you, but you will always have the memories of running all over the yard and house playing such a simple game.
5. Rock Them To Sleep
You don’t have to love (or hate) the beloved “I Love You, Forever” book to know the powerful memory of rocking your children to sleep. It’s a memory that is fleeting, often before your baby becomes a toddler. So take advantage of rocking your sweet baby to sleep before they can’t fit in your lap anymore.
6. Jump On The Bed
Sure, there may be a rule in your house not to jump on the bed. But once in awhile a simple act of rebellion can bring a lasting memory. Let loose and show your toddler how’s it done with some jumping on the couch or bed. It’s worth the smile it will bring to their face.
